Institute Business Management & Technology (IBMT) has been around for 18 years. We started our humble beginnings from a group of educators who foresaw the need to have higher business education in English. In fact, we were the first school to offer English as its primary medium of instruction.
We are small private institution. We have all the necessary licenses and accreditation from the government to conduct tertiary level of education in Indonesia. We also have some of the best teaching faculties (business / management) in Indonesia.
Throughout the years we have consistently maintained our teaching quality. To ensure this academic excellence, we conduct various benchmarking initiatives with overseas universities. Our graduates have been accepted, as students of transfers, by institutions like Indiana University Bloomington, Washington University, Simon Fraser University, Singapore Institute of Management, University of New South Wales, Oregon State University, and many more.
In terms of jobs prospects, generally graduates need to wait between 3-6 months for an interview, but for our students, they have the opportunity to select the jobs they want. Typically, within the first month, they would get an offer of employment. From the recent survey we conducted among the employers, they said that our graduates have been able to combine their communication skills (in this case, English) with their practical business and management knowledge, and integrate them into effective working environment.
